宋代女子岁时节日着装变化研究

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法,探讨了宋代女子服饰随着岁时节日的变化,分析了宋代社会不同节气、节日中风俗特色在女子服饰上的变化规律。研究表明,宋代时期的女子服饰,承接前朝而启后代,整体呈现出修长、纤细、简约的素雅风格,春夏时节服饰轻薄,踏青、纳凉等休闲雅事繁多;秋冬则加服夹绵衣物以御寒,有拜月、赏灯等重大节日活动。反映出当时社会的风俗习惯,体现了人们对节日的特殊情感和庆祝方式,为进一步研究宋代服饰文化提供参考。Women's clothing during the Song Dynasty inherited from the previous dynasty and inspired future generations,presenting an overall elegant style of slender and simple.In the process of seasonal and phenological changes throughout the year,the clothing of the Song people evolved into new patterns under different festival and cultural backgrounds,with women's clothing being the most representative.In spring and summer,clothing was light and thin,and there were many leisure and elegant activities such as hiking and cooling off.In autumn and winter,clothes were added to keep warm,and there were major festival activities such as paying respects to the moon and admiring lanterns.This study mainly takes the clothing of women in the Song Dynasty as an example to explore the manifestation of customs and characteristics in clothing during different solar terms and festivals.
