摘 要:多断口真空开关的均压问题可以通过内在调控措施解决,分断速度是内在调控措施之一,但是对于速度调控的研究尚未深入。为研究操动机构分断速度对双断口真空开关动态电压分布的影响,在分析开断速度对电压分布影响机理的基础上,提出双阶段速度控制方法。并建立双断口真空开关模型,仿真分析同步、异步、变速分断情况下的电压分布情况。设计真空开关速度调控装置,搭建真空开关分断速度测试平台。试验表明:同步开断时,高低压侧开关速度变化对断口的电压分布影响较小。异步分断与变速分断均可以通过分断速度的改变调控动态电压分布,动态电压不均匀系数最多可降低15%。文中成果为研究多断口真空开关通过速度调控电压分布提供数据参考。The voltage equalization problem of multi break vacuum switch can be solved by internal control mea-sures and one of which is breaking speed.However,the research on speed regulation has not been studied deeply.In order to study the influence of the breaking speed of the operating mechanism on the dynamic voltage distribution of the double break vacuum switch,the two-stage speed control method is proposed on the basis of analyzing the in-fluence of breaking speed on the voltage distribution.The two-break vacuum switch model is set up to simulate and analyze the voltage distribution in the case of synchronous,asynchronous and variable speed breaking.The speed regulation and control device of the vacuum switch is designed and the breaking speed test platform of the vacuum switch is set up.The test shows that,in case of synchronous breaking,the influence of the switching speed variation at high and low voltage side on the voltage distribution of the break is less.Both asynchronous breaking and variable speed breaking can regulate and control the dynamic voltage distribution by way of changing the breaking speed and dynamic voltage uneven factor can be reduced by up to 15%.The result in this paper can provide data reference for the study of voltage distribution of vacuum switch with multiple break through speed regulation and control.
