摘 要:户外高压隔离开关是电力传输系统的核心设备,但常受到外界风力等干扰而造成合闸失败的影响,因此设计了一种抗干扰的新型高压隔离开关。为了进一步研究该新型隔离开关在风载作用下的力学特性,首先在Fluent软件中对高压隔离开关风场阻转矩计算模型进行构建,计算得到风场来流方向在导电杆上产生的阻转矩大小。然后在有限元软件Ansys中建立了新型隔离开关的有限元模型,最后通过将风载所产生的阻转矩施加到仿真模型上进行力学特性分析。结果表明:隔离开关的变形量及应力集中的位置均位于支架的销轴孔位置,断定该处属于隔离开关的薄弱环节,应重点考虑该处的加固处理。通过以上仿真分析,为隔离开关抗风优化设计提供依据。The outdoor high voltage disconnector,as the core equipment of the power transmission system,is often affected by the failure of closing operation due to interference of external wind force.Therefore,a kind of new type of anti-interference high voltage disconnector is designed.For studying the mechanical characteristics of the new disconnector under wind load further,firstly,the calculation model of wind field resistance torque of high voltage disconnector is constructed in Fluent software,and the resistance torque generated by the direction of wind field flow on the conducting rod is calculated.Then,the finite element model of the new disconnector is set up in the fi-nite element software Ansys.Finally,the mechanical characteristics of the new disconnector are analyzed by apply-ing the resistance torque generated by wind load to the simulation model.The results show that the deformation and stress concentration position of the disconnector are located in the pin hole of the support,which is judged to be the weak link of the disconnector,and on which the reinforcement treatment should be particularly considered.The simu-lation analysis mentioned above provides the basis for the wind resistance optimization design of the disconnector.
