摘 要:LCC-FHMMC型混合直流输电系统可以完全解决逆变侧换相失败问题,在向无源网络供电领域具有广阔的应用前景。建立了双端混合直流输电系统的数学模型,在分析送端交流故障机理和无源网络工作特性的基础上提出一种基于桥臂电压控制的故障穿越控制策略。通过让负荷主动参与调节换流站不平衡功率,快速恢复直流功率传输的同时有效避免切负荷,同时实现受端换流站和负荷的故障穿越。依靠全桥子模块拓扑能够输出负电平的特点扩大逆变侧直流电压的调节范围,避免子模块电容过度放电导致的换流站闭锁,有效减小了故障清除后直流冲击电流。设计了不同严重程度交流故障下相关参数的选取原则,后基于电磁暂态仿真软件搭建双端混合直流输电系统的仿真模型验证了所提控制策略的有效性。LCC-FHMMC hybrid HVDC system can completely solve the problem of commutation failure at inverter side,and has broad application prospects in the field of power supply to passive network.The mathematical model of double ended hybrid DC transmission system is set up and,on the basis of the analysis of the fault mechanism at the sending end and the characteristics of the passive network,a kind of fault ride-through control strategy based on the bridge arm voltage control is proposed.By allowing the load to actively participate in regulating the unbalanced pow-er of the converter station,the load switching can be avoided at the time of quickly restoring the DC power transmis-sion.Meanwhile,the fault ride-through of the receiving converter station and the load can be achieved.The regulation range of DC voltage at the inverter side is expanded by way of relying on the characteristic that the full bridge sub-module topology can output negative level,the blocking of converter station caused by excessive discharge of sub-module capacitor is avoided,which effectively reduces the DC impulse current after fault clearance.The selection principle of relevant parameters under different severity of AC fault is designed,and then the simulation model of double ended hybrid DC transmission system is set up based on electromagnetic transient simulation software to veri-fy the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
