摘　　要：断路器的合闸电阻能够有效抑制合闸涌流以及操作过电压,对电网的稳定运行起着重要作用,合闸电阻一旦出现故障,无法正确投入或退出,将会造成巨大的设备和安全事故。由于1100 k V GIS断路器为多断口结构,断口间的配合时序偏差以及各触头弹跳因素的干扰,经常导致合闸电阻特性无法测量,或者测试结果误差较大。针对一起1100 kV GIS断路器合闸电阻预投入时间及阻值无法检测事件展开研究,分析其结构与测试原理,通过提高测试频率获取完整测试波形,推断得出合闸电阻的预投入时间及其阻值无法检测的原因是其中一侧的合闸电阻断口失效。解体检查,发现该断路器其中一侧合闸电阻动触头因固定螺栓断裂而导致该侧动触头脱落,验证了电阻断口失效导致动作特性无法检测的推断。最后从制作工艺、试验项目、试验仪器、检测手段等方面提出相应的建议及改进措施,为同类型设备的工艺管控和故障诊断提供参考。The closing resistor of circuit breaker can effectively suppress the closing inrush current and switching over-voltage and play an important role in stable operation of power grid.The closing resistor will,once in case of fault and of correct operation and out of operation,causing huge equipment and safety accidents.Since the 1100 kV GIS circuit breaker is of mostly multi-break structure,the coordination time sequence deviation across open contacts and the interference of contact bounce factor often lead to the characteristics of the closing resistor with no way to be mea-sured,or the error of the test result is too large.As for such event that the pre-switching time and the resistance of the closing resistor of 1100 kV GIS circuit breaker has no way to be detected,its structure and test principle are ana-lyzed.It is concluded,through increasing the test frequency to obtain the complete test waveform,that one of the rea-sons that the pre-switching time and its resistance of the closing resistor have no way to be measured is the failure of across open contacts of closing resistor at one side.It is found through disassembly and inspection that the moving contact at one side of the closing resistor peels off due to breakage of the fixing bolt,and the conclusion that the oper-ation characteristic has no way to be detected due to failure of open contacts of the resistor is verified.Finally,the cor-responding suggestions and improvement measures are proposed from such aspects as manufacturing process,test items,test instruments and detection means,which can provide reference for process control and fault diagnosis of the same type of equipment.
