摘　　要：文章针对建设工程质量安全检测项目,在招投标阶段常因各种人为因素,导致出现工程检测清单编制格式不统一、缺陷漏项、计算有误、反复核算效率低等问题,因此,文章设计并研发一种用于建设工程检测项目清单编制的应用软件。该软件建立涵盖各工程专业的检测项目、检测参数、检测规范及多种常用计价依据的数据库,内置各检测项目工程量与检测数量计算关系,能够实现检测数量和总价的自动计算并一键导出清单,有效降低人为因素导致的编制错误,提高清单编制准确性及编制效率。This paper in view of the quality and security testing projects of construction engineering,in the bidding&tendering stage,it leads to many problems when compiling testing list because of the various human factors,such as the nonuniform format,omissions,calculation errors,and low efficiency of repeated accounting.In order to solve these problems,an application software for the compilation of construction engineering testing project list is designed and realized.By establishing a database covering the testing items,parameters,specifications and a variety of commonly used charges basis of various engineering specialties,and embedding the calculation relationship between the project quantity and the testing quantity of each item,the software can realize to calculate automatically of the testing quantity and the total price,and export the list by one key,effectively reducing the compilation errors caused by human factors and improving the accuracy and efficiency of the list compilation.
