医院档案管理信息化建设的合理途径分析

摘　　要：医院档案记录患者的病历、医疗方案和医院科研成果等关键信息,是医疗服务的核心组成部分。然而,传统的纸质档案管理方式存在诸多弊端,如人力资源配置不足、信息存储和检索效率低下等,这严重影响医院的管理和服务水平。在信息时代的背景下,医院应积极推进档案管理信息化建设,以适应数字化转型的趋势。文章将深入探讨医院档案管理信息化建设的合理途径,从培养专业人才、提高思想认识、加强硬件设施、完善软件系统和规范管理制度等方面提出切实可行的解决方案。通过本研究不仅可为医院档案管理信息化建设提供科学指导,全面提升医疗服务的质量和效率,同时,也保障医疗行业的可持续发展。The hospital archives record key information such as patients medical records,medical treatment plans,and scientific research achievements of hospitals,and it's a core component of medical services.However,the traditional paper-based archives management methods possess many drawbacks,such as insufficient human resource allocation,inefficient information storage and retrieval,which seriously affect the management and service level of hospitals.In the context of the information age,hospitals should actively promote the construction of informatization archives management to adapt the trend of digitalized transformation.This article will deeply explore the reasonable ways of informatization construction of hospital archives management,and propose the practical solutions from the aspects of cultivating professional talents,improving ideological awareness,strengthening hardware facilities,improving the sofware systems,and standardizing management systems.Through this study,it can not only provide a scientific guidance for the construction of informatization hospital archives management,promote the comprehensive improvement of the quality and efficiency of medical services,but also ensure the sustainable development in medical industries.
