摘　　要：依据YC/T 333—2010《烟用水基胶邻苯二甲酸酯的测定气相色谱-质谱联用法》,建立烟用水基胶中7种邻苯二甲酸酯含量的不确定度评定方法。采用GUM法进行不确定度评定,建立数学模型,分析并计算影响检测结果准确性的各不确定度分量,得到了合成不确定度和拓展不确定度,形成一套合理的不确定度分析方案。结果表明:7种邻苯二甲酸酯的扩展不确定度值为2.50~5.11 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2);在6个因素中,影响检测结果的主要因素是标准工作曲线的拟合,其次是测量重复性和标准溶液配制,其他因素的影响较小,可以忽略不计。该评定结果可为GC-MS内标法测定烟用水基胶中7种邻苯二甲酸酯含量的不确定度提供理论参考。According to YC/T 333—2010“Water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette-determination of the content of phthalate-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)”,the uncertainty of the content of seven phthalates in water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette was established.The method of GUM was used to evaluate the uncertainty and the mathematical model was established.The uncertainty components that affect the accuracy of the test results was analyzed and calculated.The synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty were obtained,a reasonable analytical scenarios of the uncertainty was formed.The results showed that the extension uncertain value of the seven types of phenyl acid ester was between 2.50—5.11 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2).In the six factors,the uncertainty caused by the fitting of the standard working curve was the main factor affecting of the measurement result,the second factor was the repeatability of measurements and standard solution preparation,The influence of other factors was small and negligible.The evaluation results can provide a theoretical reference for the determination of the uncertainty of seven phthalates in water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette by GC-MS internal standard method.
