摘　　要：益生菌是一种新型绿色的添加剂,能通过促生长调控、维持微生态平衡、维持肠道屏障结构和功能完整及增强免疫等机制改善鸡的健康并提高其生长性能与品质,同时也不会污染环境和发生药物残留。文章对益生菌在鸡养殖业中的应用及其作用机理进行综述,以期为鸡用益生菌的研究及应用提供理论参考。Probiotics is a new type of green additive,which is beneficial to chicken health,increase the chicken growth per⁃formance and quality by growth-promoting regulation,maintaining microecology balance,maintaining the structural and function⁃al integrity of the intestinal barrier and enhancing immunity,without pollution of the environment or causing drug residues.In this paper,the application and mechanism of probiotics in chicken breeding were summarized to provide a theoretical reference for the research and application of probiotics in chicken breeding.
