摘 要:随着大学生的心理健康状况日益受到社会关注,大学生心理健康教育已经成为教育、心理学讨论和研究的热点。以正念训练为基础的心理干预模式,已经被医疗、教育、工作场所广泛采用。将正念训练整合到大学生心理教育中,使其发挥自身优势,能够帮助大学生在身心调节的基础上全面成长。该文对正念训练的基本要素进行梳理和分析,并且提出了正念训练在大学生心理健康教育中开展和融合的模式,以期为正念训练成为我国大学生心理健康教育活动提供理论基础和可借鉴的教育模式。As the mental health status of college students has been receiving increasing attention from society,mental health education for college students has become a hot topic of discussion and research in education and psychology.The psychological intervention model based on mindfulness training has been widely adopted by medical treatment,education and workplace.Integrating mindfulness training into the mental education of college students so that it can give full play to its own advantages can help college students regulate their body and mind on the basis of promoting the overall growth of college students.In this paper,the basic elements of mindfulness training are sorted out and analyzed,and a model for the development and integration of mindfulness training in the mental health education of college students is proposed,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for mindfulness training to become a mental health education activity for college students in China,as well as a model for education that can be used as a reference.
