摘  要:以1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸和甲醇为原料、磺酸型树脂为催化剂,通过酯化反应合成了1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸四甲酯,考察了反应温度、催化剂种类、催化剂添加量、投料摩尔比对酯化反应的影响及催化剂稳定性。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,醇酸摩尔比为6∶1,催化剂型号为amberlyst35,催化剂添加量15%,反应48 h,产品收率可达到97%以上。Tetramethyl 1,2,3,4-butane tetracarboxylate was synthesized through esterification reaction using 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid and methanol as raw materials and sulfonic resin as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst type,catalyst addition amount,and feed molar ratio on esterification reaction and catalyst stability were investigated.The optimal process conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 70℃,molar ratio of alcohol to acid 6∶1,catalyst model amberlyst35,catalyst addition 15%,reaction time 48 hours,and product yield could reach over 97%.
