摘 要:为了解在现有资源条件下,如何提高我国农业资源配置与利用效率,文章构建超效率EBM模型测算2001—2022年我国31个省份的农业资源配置效率,采用Dagum基尼系数、马尔可夫链探究其空间差异和动态演进规律,用地理探测器考察其时空演进的驱动因素。研究结果表明:我国农业资源配置效率不断提升,呈现东部地区高、中西部地区低的分布特征;不同区域内部差异较大,东部地区农业资源配置效率的不均衡现象最为突出;东部地区与中部地区的差异最大,但从年均增长率来看,差异贡献率增长最快的是东部地区与西部地区;农业资源配置效率存在两极分化现象,并随时间推移加剧,各省份农业资源配置效率也不太可能实现跨越式提升;耕地、科技进步是影响农业资源配置效率的关键因素。In order to improve the allocation and utilization efficiency of agricultural resources in China under the given con-ditions of resource endowments,this paper constructs the super efficiency EBM model to measure the allocation efficiency of agri-cultural resources in 31 provinces of China from 2001 to 2022,uses Dagum Gini coefficient and Markov chain to explore its spatial differences and dynamic evolution law,and applies geographical detectors to investigate the driving factors of the spatial and tem-poral evolution.The findings are shown as the following:The allocation efficiency of agricultural resources in China has been con-tinuously improved,showing a distribution characteristic of high in the east and low in the middle and west.There are great differ-ences in different regions.The imbalance in the allocation efficiency of agricultural resources in the eastern region is the most prominent.The difference between the eastern region and the central region is the largest,but from the perspective of annual growth rate,the difference contribution rate grows fastest in the eastern region and the western region.There is a phenomenon of polarization in agricultural resource allocation efficiency,and with the passage of time,the agricultural resource allocation efficien-cy in each province is unlikely to achieve leapfrog improvement.Cultivated land and scientific and technological progress are the key factors affecting the agricultural resource allocation efficiency.
