绿色装配式建筑施工安全风险影响因素研究

摘　　要：【目的】为加强对绿色装配式建筑施工安全风险的掌控,减少风险对装配式建筑施工安全的影响,降低安全事故率,有必要对影响施工安全的因素进行研究。【方法】运用文献分析法识别绿色装配式建筑施工安全风险的影响因素,在此基础上运用熵权法与灰色关联度法对各个施工安全风险指标进行组合赋权。【结果】得到重要度前三的影响因素:人员技术熟练度、施工吊装成本和预制构件的质量和强度。【结论】应着重加强对施工人员的技术、施工吊装工具与吊装方案的选定及装配式构件质量监督和管理三方面进行风险管控,从而降低装配式建筑的施工安全风险,促进装配式建筑的高质量发展。[Purposes] In order to strengthen the control of the construction safety risks of green prefabricated buildings,lower the impact of risks on the construction safety of prefabricated buildings,and reduce the safety accident rate,it is necessary to study the factors that affect the construction safety.[Methods] The literature analysis method is used to identify the construction safety risk influencing factors of green prefabricated buildings,and on this basis,the entropy weight method and the gray correlation method are used to combine and assign each construction safety risk index.[Findings] The top three factors are:personnel proficiency,construction hoisting cost,and quality and strength of prefabricated components.[Conclusions] We should focus on strengthening the risk control of construction personnel,the selection of construction hoisting tools and lifting schemes,and the quality supervision and management of prefabricated components,so as to reduce the construction safety risk of prefabricated buildings and promote the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings.
