摘　　要：目的检索并总结日间肛肠手术患者围手术期健康教育的最佳证据,为临床提供循证参考。方法针对日间肛肠手术患者围手术期健康教育的问题,计算机检索国内外相关数据库、指南网及专业协会网站,检索时限为建库至2023年5月31日。由两名研究者独立对文献进行质量评价及证据提取。结果最终纳入11篇文献,其中指南5篇,专家共识4篇,临床决策1篇,循证实践1篇,从日间肛肠手术患者围手术期健康教育的教育前评估、教育对象、教育策略、教育时机与内容4个方面总结41条最佳证据。结论医务人员可根据临床情境及患者的评估结果选择最佳证据,为患者提供规范化和有效的健康教育内容,从而满足日间肛肠手术患者围手术期的健康教育需求,减少患者相关并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the best evidence of perioperative health education for patients with daytime anorectal surgery,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical practice.Methods In response to the issue of health education for patients undergoing daytime anal surgery,databases,guide website and professional associations were searched by computer from the establishment of the database to May 31,2023.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of literature and extracted evidence.Results A total of 11 literature were finally included,including 5 guidelines,4 expert consensus,1 clinical decision and 1 evidence-based practice,leading to the fomulation of 41 pieces of best evidence from the four aspects:pre-educational evaluation,educational object,educational strategy,educational opportunity and content of perioperative health education.Conclusion The best evidence under the clinical situation and patient assessment can be chose to provide standardized and effective health education,meet the perioperative health education needs of patients with diurnal anorectal surgery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
