摘 要:目的探究临床护理人员应对倾向的现状,并分析性格优势、情绪智力对应对倾向的影响,为提升临床护理人员积极应对能力提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、简易应对方式量表、中文长处问卷、情绪智力量表对646名临床护理人员进行问卷调查。结果临床护理人员应对倾向总分为10(5.00,16.25)分,中文长处问卷总分为(359.83±53.89)分,情绪智力总分为(83.28±16.41)分。中文长处问卷总分及各维度、情绪智力问卷总分及各维度与积极应对、应对倾向总分呈正相关(P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,是否轮值夜班、是否对薪资满意、性格优势及情绪智力是影响临床护理人员应对倾向的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论临床护理人员应对倾向积极应对,性格优势处于较高水平,情绪智力处于中等偏上水平,且应对倾向与性格优势及情绪智力有关,护理管理者可通过系统化的心理干预措施、科学合理人员安排、提高福利待遇等方法,进一步提升临床护理人员积极应对能力。Objective To explore the current situation of clinical nurses'coping styles,and analyze the impact of personality strengths and emotional intelligence on coping styles,so as to provide references for improving the positive coping ability of clinical nurses.Methods General data questionnaire,simple coping style questionnaire,Chinese strength on questionnaire and Wong Law Emotional Intelligence Scale-C were used to investigate 646 clinical nurses.Results The total score of coping styles was 10(5.00,16.25),Chinese strengths questionnaire and emotional intelligence were(359.83±53.89)and(83.28±16.41),respectively.The Chinese strengths questionnaire total score,emotional intelligence questionnaire total score and scores in each dimension were positive correlation with the coping styles total score(P<0.01),and negative correlation with negative coping(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the coping style of clinical nurses were whether they worked night shift,salary satisfaction,personality strengths and emotional intelligence(P<0.01).Conclusion The coping style of clinical nursing staff is mainly active coping,the personality strengths is at a high level,and the emotional intelligence is at an upper medium level,which needs to be further improved.Nursing managers can further enhance the positive coping ability of clinical nursing staff through systematic psychological intervention measures,scientific and reasonable personnel arrangement,and improvement of welfare benefits.
