摘 要:基于补偿收缩机理,探究了胶凝材料组成影响下补偿收缩混凝土性能。在完成原材料准备、主要仪器设备准备、补偿收缩混凝土强度与膨胀性能试验方法设计等工作的基础上,对补偿收缩混凝土配合比进行设计,并探究了不同凝胶材料组成条件对补偿收缩混凝土抗压强度和限制膨胀率的影响。结合响应曲面优化方法,通过显著性检验建立各影响因素与响应值的关系,并在此基础上,提出了膨胀系数并非由膨胀剂引起,并可通过调节胶凝材料组成来控制其膨胀速率。Based on the mechanism of shrinkage compensation,the properties of concrete under the influence of cementing material composition were investigated.On the basis of the preparation of raw materials,the preparation of main instruments and equipment,and the design of the test method of the strength and expansion performance of the compensated shrink concrete,the mix ratio of the compensated shrink concrete is designed,and the influence of different gel material composition conditions on the compressive strength and limited expansion rate of the compensated shrink concrete is explored.According to the response surface optimization method,the relationship between the influencing factors and the response value was established through the significance test.On this basis,it was proposed that the expansion coefficient was not caused by the expansion agent,and the expansion rate could be controlled by adjusting the composition of the cementing material.
