降浊合剂治疗痰浊内阻型无症状高尿酸血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察降浊合剂治疗痰浊内阻型无症状高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:选取64例痰浊内阻型高尿酸血症且无明显痛风症状者,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。2组均进行生活方式干预,对照组口服苯溴马隆片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服降浊合剂,疗程为4周。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后血尿酸水平、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果:治疗组临床总有效率90.63%,高于对照组71.88%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血尿酸水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组渴不多饮、头部昏重中医证候积分下降(P<0.05),治疗组渴不多饮、神疲乏力、便溏不爽、头部昏重中医证候积分均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在苯溴马隆片的基础上合用降浊合剂治疗痰浊内阻型无症状高尿酸血症,可以明显改善血尿酸水平,降低尿酸回升率,同时有效改善痰浊内阻的临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiangzhuo Mixture for asymptomatic hyperuricemia of internal obstruction of turbid phlegm type.Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with hyperuricemia of internal obstruction of turbid phlegm type without obvious gout symptoms were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with32 cases in each group.Both groups were given lifestyle intervention;the control group was given the oral administration of Benzbromarone Tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Jiangzhuo Mixture based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups;the blood uric acid levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90.63% in the treatment group,higher than that of 71.88% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum uric acid in the groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of thirst without a desire to drink and heavy head in the control group were decreased(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of thirst without a desire to drink,fatigue,lack of strength,sloppy stool,and heavy head in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.05),and the above TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Benbrommarone Tablets with Jiangzhuo Mixture for asymptomatic hyperuricemia of interal obstruction of turbid phlegm syndrome type can significantly improve the levels of serum uric acid,reduce the rate of uric acid recovery,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of inter
