我国体育中介高质量发展的现实问题与消解策略研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,阐述我国体育中介高质量发展的现实基础,梳理我国体育中介产业高质量发展的现实问题,探讨我国体育中介产业高质量发展的消解策略。结果表明:我国体育中介具有高质量发展的时代机遇及驱动自身完善的发展导向,但尚存法律法规体系滞后、规范发展水平低,市场秩序混乱、机会主义行为增加,培养体系缺失、复合人才匮乏,宣传力度不够、社会认识不足,组织定位不准、发展重点模糊等现实问题。建议从政府持续发力、加强法制建设,规范市场行为、打造信用体系,加快人才培养、建立培训体系,强化资源导入、提高社会认可度,明确组织定位、发挥自我优势五个方面助力我国体育中介高质量发展。Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,the practical foundation of high-quality development of sports intermediation in China was elaborated,the practical problems of high-quality development of China's sports intermediation industry were sorted out,and the dissipation strategies for high-quality development of China's sports intermediation industry were explored.The results indicated that sports intermediation in China have opportunities for high-quality development and a development direction that drives self-improvement.However,there are still practical problems such as lagging legal and regulatory systems,low levels of standardized development,chaotic market order,increased opportunistic behavior,lack of training systems,shortage of composite talents,insufficient publicity,insufficient social awareness,inaccurate organizational positioning,and unclear development priorities.In order to promote the high-quality development of sports intermediation in China,suggestions were proposed including continuous efforts from the government,strengthening legal construction,regulating market behavior,building a credit system,accelerating talent cultivation,establishing a training system,strengthening resource introduction,improving social recognition,clarifying organizational positioning,and leveraging self advantages.
