评价超声检查在诊断剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:研究超声检查在诊断剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的临床价值。方法:遴选定期在本院产检的53例剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠患者,接收时间段为2019年2月至2022年2月。所有产妇分别进行经腹超声检查、经腹超声联合经阴道超声检查,金标准为术后病理检查结果,对超声诊断结果进行观察,比较不同超声检查方式的相关参数。结果:经腹部+经阴道超声检查的子宫瘢痕显影率(100.00%)以及RI(0.60±0.14)、PI(1.21±0.22)、VFI(7.32±1.89)均高于经腹部超声检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分型情况、超声影像学图像情况方面,不同检查方式的数据相近,P>0.05。结论:超声检查应用于诊断剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠中具有较高的诊断价值,可为临床诊治提供可靠的影像学数据支持。Objective:To study the clinical value of ultrasound examination in diagnosing scar pregnancy in cesarean section u-terine incision.Methods:53 cases of cesarean section scar pregnancy patients who underwent regular prenatal examination in our hospital were selected from February 2019 to February 2022.All pregnant women underwent transabdominal ultrasound examination,transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound examination,with the gold standard being the postoperative pathological examination results.The ultrasound diagnosis results were observed and the relevant parameters of different ultrasound examination methods were compared.Results:The development rate of uterine scars(100.00%),RI(0.60±0.14),PI(1.21±0.22),and VFI(7.32±1.89)in transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound examination were higher than those in transabdominal ultrasound examination,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of clinical clas-sification and ultrasound imaging,the data for different examination methods are similar,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound examination has high diagnostic value in diagnosing scar pregnancy in cesarean section uterine incision,and can provide reliable imaging data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
