从癌症中医治疗原则探讨中药逆转结直肠癌多药耐药性

摘　　要：近年来,结直肠癌的发病率越来越高,这与人们不健康的生活方式密切相关,虽然肠镜可作为发现肠癌的一种手段,但其早期症状较不明显,一旦发现即晚期。目前临床治疗结直肠癌的最多的方法当属化疗,免疫治疗,基因治疗,中医中药抗肿瘤治疗等治疗方法。值得一提的是手术治疗,手术治疗常常在临床应用较多,但是手术治疗也并不能一劳永逸,往往存在着复发和转移,尤其是肿瘤耐药性质的存在。研究结直肠癌耐药机制以及中医药逆转结直肠癌耐药机制是当今一个研究热点,所以文章主要综述了从中医的治疗原则出发,讨论几种类似功效的中药单体及中药复方对于现代结直肠癌耐药性逆转的研究现状。In recent years,the incidence rate of colorectal cancer is getting higher and higher,which is closely related to people's unhealthy lifestyle.Although colonoscopy can be used as a means to find colorectal cancer,its early symptoms are less obvious,and once found,it is the late stage.At present,the most common clinical treatment methods for colorectal cancer are chemotherapy,immunotherapy,gene therapy,traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor treatment and other treatment methods.It is worth mentioning that surgical treatment is more commonly used in clinical practice,but surgical treatment cannot be a one-time cure,often leading to recurrence and metastasis,especially the presence of tumor resistance.Studying the mechanism of resistance in colorectal cancer and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine reversing resistance in colorectal cancer is a hot topic in today's era.Therefore,this article mainly reviewed the research status of several similar Chinese medicine monomers and compound prescriptions for the reversal of resistance in modern colorectal cancer,starting from the treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
