摘  要:我国《混凝土结构后锚固技术规程》(JGJ 145-2013)并未对化学锚栓在轻骨料混凝土中的使用做出规定,国内外也缺少相关研究,制约了化学锚栓的应用。为研究拔出破坏模式下轻骨料混凝土锚固化学锚栓的抗拉性能,本文采用通丝及倒锥形化学锚栓,设计并进行了11组静力约束抗拉试验,分析化学锚栓直径、锚固深度、化学锚栓类型等因素对轻骨料混凝土中化学锚栓抗拉性能的影响。通过试验结果可以发现,后锚固化学锚栓的破坏模式包括胶-混界面破坏、胶-筋界面破坏、锚栓钢材破坏和劈裂破坏;倒锥形化学锚栓的承载力较通丝化学锚栓低,易发生胶-筋界面破坏,而通丝化学锚栓易发生胶-混界面破坏;通丝化学锚栓的平均粘结强度随锚固深度增大而增大,与化学锚栓的直径相关性不大,抗拉承载力均随锚固深度和直径的增加而增大。The specification of chemical anchor in lightweight aggregate concrete is not involved in the Technical Specification for Post-Installed Fastenings in Concrete Structures(JGJ 145-2013)in China,and there is a lack of relevant studies in domestic and international,which restricts the application of chemical anchor.To research the tensile properties of chemical anchor in lightweight aggregate concrete under pull-out failure mode,11 sets of static restraint tensile tests were designed and conducted using through-wire and inverted conical chemical anchor to analyze the effects of diameter,anchorage depth,chemical anchor type and other factors on the tensile properties of chemical anchor in lightweight aggregate concrete.The failure modes of post-installed adhesive anchor,including adhesive-mixed interface failure,adhesive-rebar interface failure,anchor steel failure and splitting failure,can be found from the test results.The tensile capacity of the inverted conical chemical anchor is lower than that of the through-wire one,which is prone to damage at adhesive-rebar interface,while the through-wire adhesive anchor is prone to damage at the adhesive-concrete interface.The average bond strength of through-wire adhesive anchor increases with the increase of anchorage depth,which has negligible correlation with the diameter of chemical anchor,and the tensile capacity increases with the increase of anchorage depth and diameter.
