摘  要:探索丁香酚对细鳞裂腹鱼(Schizothorax chongi)幼鱼的麻醉效果,为其生产和分子取样等提供参考。采用静水法研究幼鱼在丁香酚溶液中,不同浓度、不同药浴时间、不同空气中暴露时间下细鳞裂腹鱼幼鱼麻醉与复苏情况。结果表明,丁香酚浓度与麻醉时间呈负相关,浓度与麻醉时间关系式:y_(1)=286.63e^(-0.0135x),R^(2)=0.9593;幼鱼复苏时间与丁香酚浓度呈正相关,浓度与复苏时间相关式:y_(2)=101.54e^(0.0134x),R^(2)=0.9913,不同浓度下幼鱼的麻醉时间和复苏时间均呈显著性差异(P<0.05),40 mg/L浓度丁香酚药浴中,幼鱼药浴时间与复苏时间呈正相关,复苏时间与药浴时间关系式:y=64.647x^(0.2394),R^(2)=0.9823,不同时长下复苏时间呈现显著性差异(P<0.05),40 mg/L浓度下,幼鱼在空气中暴露时长和复苏时间呈负相关,麻醉后的幼鱼在空气中的暴露时间与复苏时间的关系为y=900.92x^(-0.4078),R^(2)=0.8961,不同暴露时间下的复苏时长呈现显著性差异(P<0.05)。细鳞裂腹鱼的生产、运输、取样等研究中,丁香酚浓度为40~80 mg/L,麻醉效果最佳;幼鱼药浴时间不能超600 s;幼鱼在空气中暴露时间不超过1200 s。To investigate the anesthetic effect of eugenol on junvenile Schizothorax chongi and provide theoretical basis for artificial breeding of Schizothorax chongi,we measured the time of anesthesia and recovery under different concentration,different anesthetic time and different exposure time by hydrostatic method.The results showed that a negative correlation between the eugenol concentration and anesthesia time was identified with y_(1)=286.63e^(-0.0135x),R^(2)=0.9593;a positive correlation between the eugenol concentration and recovery time was found with y_(2)=101.54e^(0.0134x),R^(2)=0.9913;the anesthetic time and the recovery time differed significantly with different concentration of eugenol(P<0.05);the recovery time was positively correlated with the anesthetic time(y=64.647x^(0.2394),R^(2)=0.9823)under concentration of eugenol was 40 mg/L;a significant negative correlation between recovery time and exposure time was identified with y=900.92x^(-0.4078),R^(2)=0.8961.The conclusion of this study was that eugenol concentration of 40-80 mg/L was the best in the production,transportation and sampling;the medicinal bath time of young fish should not exceed 600 s and the exposure time of juveniles were permitted no more than 1200 s.
