摘 要:中药鲜药的应用有着悠久的历史,从神农尝百草到明代四大温病学家多用鲜药治疗温病,鲜药的发展历程一度十分顺利,但由于后期保存、运输、炮制减毒等问题,鲜药的发展逐步停滞;研究发现,鲜药对于热证、血证的疗效优于干品,旨在对鲜药的发展史、中医理论进行综述,分析中药鲜品高于干品的中医理论依据,同时对鲜药的应用前景进行展望和提出建议,以期鲜药的理论更加完善、发展更加宽广。The application of fresh medicine in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history.From Shennong tasted a hundred herbs to the four major scientists for warm disease in the Ming Dynasty,fresh medicine was used to treat warm disease.The development of fresh medicine was once very smooth,but due to the problems of preservation,transportation,processing and detoxification,the development of fresh medicine gradually stagnated.The study found that the curative effect of fresh medicine on heat syndrome and blood syndrome is better than that of dried medicine.This paper aims to review the history of fresh medicine and theories of TCM,analyze the theoretical basis of TCM that fresh medicine is better than dried medicine,and at the same time,look forward to the application prospect of fresh medicine and put forward suggestions,so as to make the theory of fresh medicine more perfect and develop more broadly.
