摘 要:本文主要对Li_(2)P-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)玻璃的高温粘度进行了测试,并与浮法钠钙硅玻璃与硼硅酸盐玻璃的高温粘度作进行了对比研究分析。研究结果表明:LAS玻璃由于玻璃组分中铝含量高,相同温度下,其高温粘度比普通浮法玻璃和硼硅酸盐玻璃高。在浮法生产工艺要求的抛光粘度区间103.7~104.2dPa·s内,某组分LAS玻璃与之对应温度区间为1308~1236℃,比普通浮法钠钙硅玻璃抛光温度高出约220℃,相应的锡槽成形及退火工艺都要与其匹配。LAS玻璃的料性比比普通浮法钠钙硅玻璃长,比浮法硼硅酸盐玻璃短。TIn order to study the float forming process of Li_(2)P-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass-ceramics,the viscosity of Li_(2)P-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) (LAS)glass at high temperature was measured,the viscosity at high temperature was compared with that of float sodium calcium silicate glass and borosilicate glass.The results show that the high temperature viscosity of LAS glass is higher than that of float glass and borosilicate glass at the same temperature due to the high aluminum content in the glass components.In the polishing viscosity range of 103.7~104.2dPa's required by float production process,the corresponding temperature range of LAS glass is 1308~1236℃,which is about 220℃ higher than that of ordinary float sodium calcium silicate glass polishing.The corresponding tin bath forming and annealing process should be matched with it.The material properties of LAS glass are longer than those of ordinary float sodium calcium silicate glass and shorter than those of float borosilicate glass.
