摘 要:目的:探讨妇产科门诊手术模型与Mini-CEX联合形成性评价相结合的教学方法在妇产科本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:纳入210名本科实习生作为研究样本,分为试验组(n=105)和对照组(n=105),两组均采用Mini-CEX联合形成性评价以及出科时进行理论考试和临床技能考核,试验组还进行门诊手术模型场景演练,比较两组学生的出科成绩、Mini-CEX成绩、学生自身教学满意度及带教老师对实习生的满意度。结果:试验组在理论考核、技能操作考核及Mini-CEX中6个指标(医患面谈技巧、体格检查技巧、临床判断能力、人文关怀、组织能力与效率及整体表现)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。其中,试验组的自身满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,教师对试验组的自主学习能力、技能操作规范、临床思维能力方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科门诊手术模型与Mini-CEX联合形成性评价的教学方法应用于本科实习生可提高专科能力培训效果及教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of the combined teaching method of obstetrics and gynecology outpatient surgery model and Mini-CEX formative assessment in undergraduate practical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 210 undergraduate interns were included as research subjects and divided into an experimental group(n=105)and a control group(n=105).Both groups underwent Mini-CEX formative assessment and theoretical and clinical skill assessments at the end of the course.The experimental group also participated in outpatient surgery model scenario rehearsals.The performance scores,Mini-CEX formative assessment scores,students'self-satisfaction,and teaching satisfaction of the preceptors were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in six indicators(doctor-patient communication skills,physical examination skills,clinical judgment ability,humanistic care,organizational ability and efficiency,and overall performance)of Mini-CEX,theoretical and skill assessments(P<0.05).Moreover,the self-satisfaction of interns in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the preceptors'satisfaction with the independent learning ability,standardized skill operations,and clinical thinking ability of theinterns in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined teaching method of obstetrics and gynecology outpatient surgery model and Mini-CEX formative assessment can improve the effectiveness of specialty training and teaching quality for undergraduate interns.
