摘　　要：目的:了解助产学专业发展状况,为我国助产学专业的合理化建设提供依据。方法:采用SWOT法分析我国助产学专业发展的劣势、优势、机遇和挑战。结果:我国助产学专业的优势是可供借鉴的国外经验、双专业的独特学科特点和数量庞大的人力资源需求;劣势是起步晚、发展缓慢、高等助产学专业教育欠缺、高层次助产学专业人才匮乏、对专业认识不到位、专业定位不明确;机遇是国家大力扶持、就业前景良好、科研助推专业发展;挑战是执业范围局限、师资力量不足、职称晋升体系不完善。结论:我国助产学专业的发展既有优势、机遇,也有劣势和挑战,因此,要扬长避短,激发助产学专业的潜力,不断前进。Objective:To understand the current status of midwifery education and provide a basis for the rational construction of midwifery education in China.Methods:The SWOT analysis method was employed to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats in the development of midwifery education in China.Results:The strengths of midwifery education in China include the availability of foreign experience,unique professional advantages,and a demand for human resources.The weaknesses include a late start,slow development,insufficient education at the higher level,a lack of high⁃level midwifery professionals,inadequate understanding and unclear positioning of the profession.Opportunities lie in strong support from national policies,favorable employment prospects,and increasing research driving the development of midwifery education.Challenges include limited scope of practice,insufficient faculty strength,and an imperfect title promotion system.Conclusion:The development of midwifery education in China has both strengths and opportunities as well as weaknesses and challenges.Therefore,we need to leverage strengths,mitigate weaknesses,stimulate the potential of midwifery education,and continually move forward.
