摘　　要：推动东北全面振兴是实现中国式现代化的应有之义,东北地区对社会主义现代化强国建设具有重要战略支撑作用,因此,国家需要适当加大对东北全面振兴的支持力度。国家对东北地区的支持应该坚持目标导向原则、兼顾效率与公平原则、与建设全国统一大市场相协调原则、避免引发低效投资膨胀原则。应重点支持东北地区加快提升基本公共服务水平,加快建立对东北地区的区际利益补偿机制,支持中央企业扩大在东北地区进行重大生产力布局,支持东北地区加快建立产学研协同创新新机制。The comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China is an important component of Chinese modernization.The Northeast plays an important and strategic role in China's transformation into a powerful socialist modernized country.Therefore,the central government should give stronger support to the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast.The support for the Northeast should adhere to the following principles:goal orientated,taking into consideration both efficiency and fairness,coordinating with the construction of a unified national market,avoiding inefficient investment inflation.The central government should support the Northeast to improve its level of basic public services,establish as quickly as possible inter-regional interest compensation mechanisms toward the Northeast,encourage central government enterprises to expand their major productivity distribution in the Northeast,promote the establishment of industry-academia-research collaborative innovation mechanisms in the Northeast.
