摘  要:厂区热力管网的热膨胀常采用π型弯进行吸收,不同π型弯的型式其支座反力的表现不尽相同,文章将其归纳为6种典型型式,并分别建立了相应型式的管系有限元模型,通过对各有限元模型进行计算分析,对比研究厂区热力管网各种空间π型弯型式的支座反力表现(轴向、横向、竖向反力值及支座脱空情况)。The thermal expansion of the plant heat supply pipe network is often absorbed by π-shaped bends.Different types of π-shaped bend exhibit different support reactions,which is classified into six typical types.The corresponding finite element models of different types of the pipe systems are established.Through calculation and analysis of the finite element models,the support reaction performances of different types of π-shaped bend in various spaces are conducted in a comparative study,including axial,horizontal and vertical reaction values of the plant heat supply pipe network,as well as support bearing separation.
