摘　　要：为了确定鱼骨型集装箱平车小横梁裂纹产生的原因,以X4k集装箱平车为例,采用有限元分析其结构静强度,基于AAR标准计算其疲劳寿命,同时建立刚柔耦合仿真模型,对整车系统模态和轨道运行进行仿真分析,寻找裂纹产生的原因。结合试验验证结果得出结论,小横梁斜撑为厚冷弯矩形方管对接焊缝结构形式及焊接质量不良是裂纹产生的主要原因,并给出了小横梁裂纹焊接修补方案。In order to determine the causes of cracks in the small crossbeam of the herringhone container flat car,the X4k container flat car is used as an example to analyze the static strength by finite element analysis,calculate the fatigue life based on the AAR standard,and establish a rigid-flexible coupling simulation model to simulate the modal and track operation of the whole car system to find out the causes of cracks.Through the test to verify the calculation and analysis results,the small crossbeam diagonal brace for thick cold-formed rectangular square tube butt weld structure form and poor welding quality is the main cause of cracks,and give the small crossheam crack welding repair program.
