摘　　要：习近平法治思想是新时代卓越法律人才培养的指导思想和根本遵循。当前,按照党的二十大精神和全面依法治国战略对卓越法律人才培养的全新要求,培养理念既要定位于高超法律技能的“法律工匠”目标,更要聚焦于培养坚定法治信仰、崇高职业伦理和优秀法治思维的“法律方家”。卓越法律人才培养模式创新的关键和重点是要强化坚定法治信仰的养成模式、弘扬人文精神的浸润模式、融入信息时代的协同模式、推崇艰苦奋斗的实践模式。Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is the guideline and principle of cultivating outstanding legal talents in the New Era.At present,in accordance with the new requirements of the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC and the strategy of comprehensive rule of law in China,the cultivation objective should be the rigorous craftsman’s spirit and firm belief in the rule of law,outstanding professional ethics,and meticulous legal logic.The innovation of cultivation mode lies in cultivating the talents’firm belief in the rule of law,humanistic spirit,embracing the digital era,and diligence.
