摘　　要：简述了液氯的特点及危害性.详细介绍了氯碱系统液氯充装站液氯储运充装过程中存在的安全问题.通过对液氯储运充装安全控制技术进行改进,将液氯长距离安全输送技术和液氯定量安全充装技术应用于生产系统,预防了液氯泄漏的风险,满足了氯碱行业关于液氯充装、运输、使用过程的安全生产规范中的相关要求,达到了预期效果,同时实现了液氯储运充装过程的本质化安全.The characteristics and hazards of liquid chlorine is briefly described.This article provides a detailed introduction to the safety issues that exist during the storage,transportation,and filling process of liquid chlorine in the liquid chlorine filling station of chlor-alkali system.The safety control technology for liquid chlorine storage,transportation,and filling is improved.The long-distance safe transportation technology and quantitative safe filling technology of liquid chlorine are applied to the production system.After the improvement,the risk of liquid chlorine leakage is prevented,meeting the relevant requirements of the chlor-alkali industry safety production standards for liquid chlorine filling and transportation,achieving the expected results,realizing the intrinsic safety of the liquid chlorine storage,transportation and filling process.
