摘  要:发展近零能耗建筑是实现建筑领域碳达峰碳中和的重要路径之一。作为国内领先的低碳园区,青岛自贸片区海辰园积极践行绿色低碳理念,在超低能耗建筑的基础上进一步提升建设标准,进行了近零能耗建筑的探索和实践。本文以海辰园8号楼为例,通过“被动优先、主动优化、低碳能源”的技术策略,结合光伏建筑一体化和光储直柔的应用示范,实现了近零能耗建筑的目标,为寒冷地区公共建筑近零能耗建筑的建设提供了优秀的实践案例参考。The development of nearly zero energy buildings is one of the important ways to achieve Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality in the construction sector.As a leading low-carbon park in China,Haichenyuan of Qingdao Free Trade Zone actively implements the green and lowcarbon concept,further improves the construction standards on the basis of ultra-low energy buildings,and explores the practice of near-zero energy buildings.This paper takes Building 8 of Haichenyuan as example,introduces the technical strategy of"passive priority,active optimization and lowcarbon energy",combines with the application demonstration of photovoltaic building integration(BIPV)and technology of photovoltaic,energy storage,direct current,flexibility(PEDF),and realizes the goal of nearly zero energy buildings,which provides an excellent practical reference for the construction of near-zero energy buildings of public buildings in cold regions.
