摘 要:借助对武汉某酒店定频空气源热泵空调系统冷(热)源与末端双变流量一级泵系统调适,分析定频空气源热泵制冷最小流量特性、计算并测试了末端管路供回水压差,分析变频水泵频率特性,制定了空气源热泵与末端用户双变流量系统控制策略,将系统水流量按照热泵台数分为5个挡位满足热泵最小流量,冷冻水温度控制在6~15℃之间,室内温度24~27℃,相对湿度45%~65%,在满足舒适性条件下,与传统冷源定流量、末端变流量运行相比,水泵节能57.5%,热泵节电6%。By adjusting the cold(hot)source and terminal dual variable flow primary pump system of a fixed frequency air source heat pump air conditioning system in a hotel in Wuhan,the minimum flow characteristics of fixed frequency air source heat pump refrigeration were analyzed,and the water pressure difference between the supply and return pipes at the terminal was calculated and tested.The frequency characteristics of the variable frequency water pump were analyzed,and a control strategy for the dual variable flow system of air source heat pump and terminal users was formulated,The system water flow rate is divided into 5 gears according to the number of heat pumps to meet the minimum flow rate of the heat pump.The chilled water temperature is controlled between 6-15℃,the indoor temperature is 24-27℃,and the relative humidity is 45-65%.Under comfortable conditions,compared with traditional cold source constant flow and end variable flow operation,the water pump saves 57.5%of energy and the heat pump saves 6%of electricity.
