摘 要:为拓展碳纳米纤维在环境保护与治理领域的应用,提高资源利用率,获得多功能型碳纳米纤维薄膜,利用静电纺丝法将氧化石墨烯(GO)与碳纳米纤维前驱体复合。以聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纳米纤维为载体,氧化石墨烯(GO)为改性添加剂,通过静电纺丝技术和预氧化、炭化处理制备石墨烯/碳纳米纤维复合纤维膜,研究不同GO含量和炭化温度对复合纤维膜性能的影响。结果表明:复合纤维膜的导电和吸油性能随炭化温度和GO添加量的增加而增强,炭化温度为1100℃,GO添加量为4%时,复合纤维膜电导率达到1.63 S·cm^(-1),是未添加的2.64倍;吸油系数为23.3,是未添加的1.36倍;水接触角均大于90°,表现为疏水性;添加少量GO后复合纤维膜导电、吸油和疏水性能均得到提升。In order to expand the application of carbon nanofibers in the field of environmental protection and governance,improve the utilization rate of resources,and obtain multi-functional carbon nanofiber films,graphene oxide(GO)and carbon nanofiber precursor were combined by electrospinning method.Graphene/carbon nanofiber composite fiber membranes were prepared with polyacrylonitrile(PAN)based carbon nanofibers as the carrier,and GO as the modification additive by electrospinning technology,pre-oxidation and carbonization.And the effects of GO content and carbonization temperature on the properties of composite fiber membranes were studied.The results show that both the conductivity and oil absorption of the composite fiber film are enhanced with the increase of carbonization temperature and GO content.When the carbonization temperature is 1100℃and GO content is 4%,the conductivity of the composite fiber film reaches 1.63 S·cm^(-1),which is 2.64 times of that before the GO addition.The oil absorption coefficient is 23.3,which is 1.36 times of that before GO adding.The water contact angle is greater than 90°,showing hydrophobicity.After adding a small amount of GO,the conductivity,oil absorption and hydrophobicity of the composite fiber film are all improved.
