摘　　要：市域铁路作为都市圈中心城与周边城镇中长距离通勤的公共交通系统,为人们出行提供便利与多样性选择。近年来,国家政府部门先后出台多个政策性文件鼓励和发展市域铁路。通过解读国家政策文件精神、上海市城市总体规划、上海市在建及规划市域铁路情况和上海市域铁路地方标准等,梳理总结出富有上海市特色的市域铁路建设标准,并结合上海市域铁路自身规划设计实践,提出上海市域铁路特点、功能定位、设计标准及出行时间要求、互联互通、站间距、车站有效长、土建工法、信号系统等方面的技术观点,以期为上海市域铁路规划建设提供参考和借鉴,从而促进市域铁路长期可持续发展。Urban region railways serve as vital public transportation systems connecting central metropolitan areas with surrounding towns,offering residents flexible commuting options for middle and long distances.In recent years,national government departments have issued multiple policy documents to encourage and develop urban region railways.By interpreting the spirit of national policy documents,the Shanghai master plan,the construction and planning of Shanghai urban region railways,and local standards for Shanghai urban region railways,we have summarized the construction standards of urban region railways and tailored them for Shanghai's unique characteristics.Drawing insights from Shanghai's planning and design practices,we present technical viewpoints on the features of Shanghai's urban region railways,functional orientation,design standards,trip time limitations,interoperability,station spacing,effective platform length,civil engineering methods,signal systems,and other such aspects.These insights aim to inform the planning and construction processes of Shanghai's urban railways,thereby promoting the long-term sustainable development of the urban region railways.
