摘 要:以某车型为研究对象,基于混合有限元——统计能量方法建立了驾驶室的中频噪声预测模型,通过实车试验,获取待测工况下的激励信号,并验证构建的驾驶室混合FE-SEA模型的准确性;然后分析车内噪声贡献度,确定声学包优化的主要方向,采用拉丁超立方设计方法,以此构建克里金近似模型。基于遗传算法对声学包布置参数进行优化设计,并验证了优化方案效果。结果表明,合理优化关键板件的声学包布置参数能够有效降低驾驶室噪声水平。Taking a vehicle model as the research object,an intermediate frequency noise prediction model of the cab was established based on the hybrid finite element statistical energy method.Then,through the real vehicle test,the signals under the text conditions were obtained,and the accuracy of the constructed hybrid FE-SEA model of the cab was verified.Then,through the analysis of the contribution of the interior noise,the main direction of the optimization of the acoustic package was determined.The Latin hypercube sampling method was used for design of experiments,based on this,a Kriging approximation model was constructed,and the acoustic package layout parameters were optimized using genetic algorithm.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme was verified.The optimization results showed that reasonable optimization of the acoustic package layout parameters of key panels can effectively reduce the noise level in the cab.
