摘  要:在实际生产中,复杂钛合金组合体深锥孔加工对加工精度和表面质量要求较高,是业界难题。本文对钛合金组合体深锥孔的结构特点和加工要素进行分析,经过不断实验和研究,设计专用工装、专用刀具,选择适宜的加工参数采取工艺措施,保证钛合金组合体深锥孔的加工尺寸和表面质量,满足工艺要求。In the actual production,the deep tapered hole machining of complex titanium alloy combinations requires high machining accuracy and surface quality,which is a difficult problem in the industry.In this paper,the structural characteristics and processing elements of deep tapered holes of titanium alloy combination were analyzed.After continuous experiments and research,special tooling and special tools were designed,appropriate processing parameters were selected and technological measures were taken to ensure the processing size and surface quality of deep conical holes of titanium alloy combination and meet the technological requirements.
