摘  要:由于原有各个存梁区起重运行均设配设起重提梁龙门吊,采用间隔设置平行轨道将成品梁从预制台区转至存梁区,需要纵、横向两种龙门共同吊装才能完成,这样就会造成一次性投入的施工成本过高的结果。利用横向轨道连接相邻并列存梁区轨道,增设一条垂直交叉轨道,同时相邻的并列存梁区共享其中一条基础轨道,实现相邻存梁区共用一组龙门吊进行起重移动运行作业,解决了以往梁场提梁龙门吊只能纵移无法横移的施工难题。该项技术利用现场起重设备、设施资源完成存梁区起重存放及出梁任务,有效地避免了特种设备过多投入而带来的成本风险。Since the lifting and operation of each storage area is equipped with lifting girders and gantry cranes,and parallel tracks are set at intervals to move the finished beam from the prefabricated platform area to the storage beam,both vertical and horizontal gantries are required to be hoisted together before it can be completed.This causes the construction cost of one-time investment to be too high.A horizontal track is used to connect the tracks in the adjacent parallel beam storage area,and a vertical cross track is added.The adjacent parallel beam storage area shares one of the basic tracks,so that the neighboring beam storage area shares a set of gantry cranes to carry out lifting and mobile operation operations,solving the construction problem where the girder and gantry crane in the past could move vertically and not across.This technology uses on-site lifting equipment and facility resources to complete lifting,storage and beam removal tasks in the Cunliang area,avoiding the cost risk caused by excessive investment in special equipment.
