摘 要:电力作为我国支柱产业之一,在新时代背景下,对“双高”人才的需求量与日俱增,而构建基于虚拟仿真技术的高职电力技术专业群实训体系能够更好地满足当前的人才培养要求。虚拟仿真技术在电力技术专业群及实训体系的应用过程中,应精准对接电力产业核心岗位集群,注重真实工作场景的实际需求和应用,面向行业需求并以行业需求为导向,将虚拟仿真技术融入到基础实训、专业实训以及综合实训三个层次,整合校企实训教学资源,建立“三场合一”实践教学基地,提升教学质量,重视教师队伍持续建设,并全面评估体系优缺点。As one of the pillar industries in China,the demand for"dual high"talents in the power is also increasing in the new era.Building a vocational power technology professional group training system based on virtual simulation technology can better meet the current talent training requirements.In the application process of virtual simulation technology in the professional group and training system of power technology,it is necessary to accurately connect with the core job cluster of the power industry,pay attention to the actual needs and applications of real work scenarios,face industry needs and be guided by industry needs,integrate virtual simulation technology into basic training,professional training,and comprehensive training at three levels,integrate school enterprise training teaching resources,and establish a"three occasions and one"practical teaching base,Improve teaching quality,attach importance to the continuous construction of the teaching staff,and comprehensively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
