《针灸大成》治疗急症方法及特点

摘　　要：通过分析总结《针灸大成》治疗急症的方法及特点,为临床提高急症疗效提供参考。在急症治疗上,《针灸大成》根据不同急症的病机、病位特点,选取相应腧穴及治疗方法,如特定穴、阿是穴、毫针刺法、艾灸法、刺络放血法、针灸结合的使用。同时强调补泻手法影响疗效及预后。在急症预防上,重视先兆症状的出现及平素养护,提出可采用艾灸法以提高正气;在治疗效果的影响因素上,指出患者体质保养及针灸治疗量是影响疗效的重要因素。This paper analyzes and summarizes the methods and characteristics of Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in treating emergencies,to provide reference for improving the clinical efficacy of emergencies.In terms of emergency treatment,Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion selects corresponding acupoints and treatment methods according to the pathogenesis and location characteristics of different emergencies,such as specific points,Ashi points(阿是穴),filiform needle needling,moxibustion,blood letting puncture,and the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion.At the same time,it is emphasized that tonifying and reducing techniques affect the efficacy and prognosis.In terms of emergency prevention,attention should be paid to the occurrence of premonitory symptoms and regular maintenance,and it is suggested that moxibustion can be used to improve the Zhengqi(正气).In terms of the influencing factors of the therapeutic effect,it is pointed out that the physical maintenance of patients and the amount of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment are important factors affecting the therapeutic effect.
