摘　　要：绝经后女性冠心病的发病率明显上升。近年来关于中医药补肾阴法治疗绝经后冠心病的研究越来越多,包括中药单体、单味药、中药复方等,其可上调绝经后女性雌激素水平,改善脂质代谢紊乱,抑制血管炎症反应,并保护血管内皮和平滑肌来防治冠心病的发生,同时无明显不良反应。通过对绝经后冠心病的病因病机、中医药治疗的基础研究和临床研究等方面进行全面综述,为临床治疗提供理论依据。The incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)in postmenopausal women is significantly increased.In recent years,there has been an increasing amount of research on the treatment of postmenopausal CHD with Chinese medicine's tonifying kidney Yin method.The treatment methods include traditional Chinese medicine monomers,single herbs,traditional Chinese medicine compound formulas,etc.The method can upregulate estrogen levels in postmenopausal women,improve lipid metabolism disorders,inhibit vascular inflammatory reactions,and protect the endothelium and smooth muscle to prevent and treat CHD,without significant adverse reactions.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of postmenopausal CHD,basic research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and clinical research,to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
