摘　　要：慢加急性肝衰竭以慢性肝病急性失代偿、多脏器功能衰竭及高病死率为主要特征。尤其是慢加急性肝衰竭晚期患者,病死率极高,中西医结合治疗可降低患者的病死率。笔者所在团队在中西医结合治疗慢加急性肝衰竭方面进行了大量临床研究,凝练总结出“解毒凉血重通腑,健脾化湿顾中焦”学术观点,同时结合救治病例对糖皮质激素、利福昔明等应用体会也进行分享,希望借此能对这类患者的救治提供借鉴。Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is characterized by acute decompensation,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and high mortality.Especially in patients with advanced acute liver failure,the fatality rate is very high,and the treatment of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can reduce the case fatality rate.The author's team conducted a large number of clinical studies on the treatment of ACLF with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,summarized the academic view of"detoxifying,cooling blood and retongfu organs,strengthening spleen and dampening Gu Zhongjiao".Meanwhile,the author also shared the experience of the application of glucocorticoid and rifaximin in combination with the treatment cases,hoping to provide some reference for the treatment of these cases.
