摘　　要：坚持平等准入、公平竞争是建设高标准市场体系的重要内容。采用2007—2022年A股上市公司数据和双重差分法系统考察负面清单制度对企业劳动收入份额的影响。研究发现:负面清单制度显著增加企业劳动收入份额,其主要原因是负面清单制度能够抑制产品市场势力和改变企业要素投入,进而增加企业劳动收入份额。异质性分析发现,所处行业和企业性质是影响劳动收入份额提高幅度的重要维度。It is important for constructing a high-quality market system to stick to the principles of eaqual access and fair competition.The paper adopted the data of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022 and the difference-in-differences method to systematically examine the impact of negative list system on enterprise labor income share.The study found that:the negative list system significantly increased enterprise labor income share by restraining product market power and altering enterprises'factor investment.Heterogeneity analysis revealed that,the different nature of industries and enterprises had an important effect on the increasing amplitude of labor income share.
