摘　　要：经过’85美术新潮以及20世纪90年代波普绘画、观念写实、新写实的繁盛和新世纪的多向生发的3个阶段发展,湖北美术学院的当代具象绘画创作成果显著,蔚然可观。本文首先尝试对“当代具象绘画”进行学术界定,然后对其在西方和国内的发生情况进行阐述,最后分阶段对湖北美院不同时期的当代具象绘画创作及其艺术特色进行评述,为当代具象绘画的发展提供参考。Hubei Institute of Fine Arts has made remarkable headway in the creation of contemporary figurative paintings after witnessing three stages of development:the'85 New Wave Movement,the boom of pop painting,conceptual realism and new realism in the 1990s and development in various directions in the 21st Century.This article tries to define“contemporary figurative painting”from the academic perspective,elaborates on its development in China and the west,and makes a stage-based criticism on the creation of contemporary figurative paintings by Hubei Institute of Fine Arts in different periods and related artistic characteristics,so as to provide a reference for the development of contemporary figurative painting.
