摘  要:近年来,随着高密度集约化等设施渔业的广泛应用,单位面积鱼产量有了大幅度提高,同时也对渔业养殖过程中的管理有更高的要求。鱼类病害,特别是病毒性疾病的暴发是危害鱼类养殖业的主要因素,它有发病快、范围广、致死率高等特点,其暴发往往造成严重的经济损失。鱼类病毒性疾病并无特定药物控制,疫苗是较好的病毒抑制剂,它能够有效抑制特定病毒的扩繁,起到提前预防的效果,因此鱼用疫苗的研究受到广泛的关注。本文介绍了鱼用疫苗的发展历程,总结了鱼用疫苗的种类、免疫方式等,旨在为研究鱼用疫苗提供参考信息。In recent years,with the widespread application of high-density intensification and other facility fisheries,fish production per unit area has increased significantly.At the same time,higher requirements have been placed on the management of fishery breeding processes.The outbreak of fish diseases,especially viral diseases is the main factor,which harms the fish breeding industry.It has the characteristics of rapid onset,wide range and high fatality rate.Its outbreak often causes serious economic losses.There are no specific drugs to control fish viral diseases.Vaccines are better virus inhibitors,which can effectively inhibit the proliferation of specific viruses and provide early prevention.Therefore,the research on fish vaccines has received widespread attention.This paper introduces the development process of fish vaccines and summarizes the types and immunization methods of fish vaccines.It provides reference information for the research of fish vaccines.
