摘 要:液浮速率陀螺贮存寿命评估对导弹贮存延寿具有重要意义,若采用传统试验方法则试验时间长、所耗经费巨大,不能满足实际需求,因此研究采用加速退化试验方法对液浮速率陀螺的贮存寿命进行评估。对液浮速率陀螺的结构及使用环境进行了分析,确定了加速应力、加速模型、试验样本、极限温度、特征参数等试验信息,梳理了试验数据处理流程,形成了液浮速率陀螺加速退化试验方法流程,有效地评估了液浮速率陀螺的贮存寿命,为装备贮存延寿奠定了基础。The evaluation of the storage life of liquid floating rate gyroscopes is of great significance for missile storage and lifespan extension.Traditional testing methods have long testing time and huge cost,which cannot meet the practical needs.Therefore,the accelerated degradation test method is studied to evaluate the storage life of liquid floating rate gyroscopes.The structure and usage environment of the liquid floating rate gyroscope were analyzed,and experimental information such as acceleration stress,acceleration model,test samples,ultimate temperature,characteristic parameters,etc.were determined.The experimental data processing process was sorted out,and the acceleration degradation test method flow of the liquid floating rate gyroscope was formed.The storage life of the liquid floating rate gyroscope was effectively evaluated,which builds the foundation for extending the storage life of equipment.
