摘  要:配置了F2000聚合物含量为10%、15%、20%(体积分数)的水溶液,采用淬火介质检测仪检测了水溶液的冷却特性;将30CrMnSiA钢管于900℃奥氏体化随后分别在F2000聚合物含量不同的水溶液和277 HM快速淬火油中淬火和490℃回火,检测了钢管的显微组织和硬度;对在不同介质中淬火的30CrMnSiA钢管进行了对焊,并检测了对焊钢管的拉伸性能。结果表明:随着F2000聚合物含量的提高,水溶液特性温度和最大冷却速率降低;在F2000聚合物含量为15%的水溶液淬火随后回火的钢管显微组织和硬度与277 HM油中淬火和回火的最相似;在15%F2000水溶液中淬火的对焊30CrMnSiA钢管拉伸性能与在277 HM油中淬火的相似。The aqueous solutions containing 10%,15%and 20%F2000 polymer by volume were made up,and then were tested for cooling characteristic via a quenching medium detector.30CrMnSiA steel pipes were austenitized at 900℃then quenched in the aqueous solutions with different F2000 polymer contents and in 277HM fast quenching oil,and tempered at 490℃,respectively,and were tested for microstructure and hardness.The 30CrMnSiA steel pipes quenched in the different media were butt welded,and then were tested for tensile properties.The results showed that(a)as the F2000 polymer content was increased,both the characteristic temperature and the maximum cooling rate of the aqueous solution decreased;(b)the microstructure and hardness of the steel pipe quenched in the aqueous solution containing 15%F2000 polymer and tempered were the most similar to those of the steel pipe quenched in 277HM oil and tempered;and(c)the butt-welded 30CrMnSiA steel pipe quenched in the aqueous solution containing 15%F2000 polymer was similar to the steel pipe quenched in 277HM oil in tensile properties.
