摘  要:镀锌生产线上,Q195带钢经过塔顶辊后表面出现横纹。对显示横纹的带钢进行了宏观检验、金相检验、拉伸试验和力学性能的理论计算。结果表明:该镀锌线能生产的最大带钢厚度为1.975 mm,超过该厚度的带钢受到的弯曲应力小于屈服极限,从而仅发生弹性变形。通过提高运行速度、降低退火温度,从而提高带钢强度,厚规格带钢已经不再显示因塑性变形而产生的横纹。Cross-striations appeared on the surface of the Q195 steel strip after passing through tower top roller in a galvanizing production line.The macro check,metallographic examination,tensile testing and theoretical calculation of mechanical properties were performed on the steel strip exhibiting cross-striations.The results indicated that the largest thickness of the steel strip which could be produced by this production line was 1.975 mm,and bending stress the steel strip thicker than 1.975 mm underwent was less than yield limit thereby created only elastic deformation.The strength of the steel strip was raised by increasing the running speed and reducing the annealing temperature with the result that the heavy-gauge steel strip no longer discovered cross-striation resulting from plastic deformation.
