摘  要:针对地铁车辆车下设备多、设备布置空间不足的问题,文章提出了一种模块化分区设计方案,并阐述了该方案的功能区划分、边界条件模块化、接口简统化及设备模块化布置方式。对设备布置的限界、检修维护空间、设备安装结构强度等方面进行校核,验证了约束条件的可行性,形成模块化设备布置设计平台。此技术平台可兼容市场主流的车型布置方案,缩短地铁车辆设计开发周期,降低运营维护成本。Aiming at the problem of many equipments under the metro vehicle and insufficient space for equipments layout,this paper proposes a modular partition design scheme,and expounds the functional areas division,boundary conditions modularization,interfaces simplification and modular equipments layout of the scheme.The equipment layout limits,maintenance space,equipment installation structure strength and other aspects are checked.The feasibility of the constraint conditions is verified,and the modular equipment layout design platform is formed.This technology platform can be compatible with the mainstream vehicle layout schemes in the market,shorten the design and development cycle of metro vehicles,and reduce the operation and maintenance costs.
