摘 要:由于煤矿开采环境的特殊性,支架在运行中立柱极易发生腐蚀,为研究立柱在煤矿井下的腐蚀特性,以某厂生产的Φ500双伸缩立柱为研究对象,通过盐雾腐蚀试验模拟立柱的工作环境,分析应力和煤尘对表面镀层腐蚀行为的影响,得出应力对立柱电镀层的腐蚀特征具有显著的影响,立柱所受到的应力越大,其表面镀层出现腐蚀的时间越短,腐蚀也越严重,为指导生产提供理论依据。Due to the unique nature of the coal mining environment,the pillars of the support are prone to corrosion during operation.In order to study the corrosion characteristics of pillars in coal mines,this study focuses on the production ofΦ500 double telescopic columns,and the working environment of the columns was simulated through salt spray corrosion tests.The influence of stress and coal dust on the corrosion behavior of the surface coating was analyzed.It was found that stress has a significant impact on the corrosion characteristics of the column's electroplating coating.The greater the stress on the column,the shorter the corrosion time of its surface coating,and the more severe the corrosion.This provides a theoretical basis for guiding production.
